I joined their club ( I’m not sure if that is what it is called but I pay just under $20.00 a month which covers the cost of maintenance on both heating and A/C. It is well worth it and in the end it cost less. So today cost me nothing.

I’ve been part of the Synergy Savings Club for almost a year now, and it’s worth every penny. For $20 a month, I get spring and fall checkups plus priority scheduling—and that really paid off this summer. On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC capacitor went out. To make matters worse, my wife was 9 months pregnant… Brandon had us back up and running in less than 2 hours. That kind of responsiveness is unheard of, especially on a day like that. The value of the Synergy Savings Club more than pays for itself, and the peace of mind it provides is huge. I was in the market for a new hot water tank and Synergy Facility Management came out the day I called them and gave me an estimate. They were very thorough and trustworthy so I immediately scheduled an appointment without calling around for other estimates. They came out 2 days later, replaced my old tank with a 40 gallon Rheem. Exceptional customer service and workmen-ship! I highly recommend them and will refer my family and friends to them! Thank you guys!

Brandon responded quickly and was able to give me a same day quote and complete the repair the very next day. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I’ve trusted him for years to repair HVAC issues at my rental property, so he was the first person I contacted when I needed work done at my new house.
